Second, if you want to keep exercising, you must have some perseverance. Generally speaking, my experience is that if you keep exercising for a month, you will form a habit. The details are as follows:
① In the first week of exercise, the body will be more painful and may be damaged to some extent. You need to grit your teeth and stick to it, which is good for later exercise.
After a week of persistence, your body has reached a balance, so in two weeks, you will not get tired of exercising, but will enjoy it very much. This is the honeymoon period of exercise.
The last week of a month is more difficult, because your exercise has reached the peak of your body and you need to increase the burden of exercise. At this time, it will be more difficult. When you get over it, you will gradually get used to the rhythm of exercise.
Third, our exercise plan is actually divided into three parts:
(1) Write down the daily exercise time and specify your own exercise program.
(2) write your own exercise figures, and at the same time write how much exercise load you increase every month.
(3) Write out the nutrition collocation during exercise and make clear the specific plan of your nutrition collocation.
