The business scale is large. Anniversary, also known as Oil City, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province and an important national oil production and petrochemical industrial base approved by the State Council. There are two wanda plaza in Daqing, one is next to the municipal government of Saertu District, and the other is in ranghulu district. Daqing's commercial scale is large, which can reach the standard of building two Wanda's, and the business circle radiates the whole oil city. Ranghulu district Wanda used to be an unfinished building, but later it took over the construction of wanda plaza.
