1. Mental state
First of all, my mental state must have reached its peak. You can compare people who often stay at home, or people who often smoke and drink. These people, then, either don't have a good rest or are mentally deficient. I feel sleepy every day. At the beginning of fitness, there was a person in our dormitory who was in such a state. Going to bed very late and getting up very early, the mental state is simply not enough. If he really gets up, he can sleep all day. But if I exercise every day in those two days, I will naturally feel sleepy at night, and then wake up regularly the next morning, and the whole person's mental state is another level. Even if there is no lunch break, every day is full of energy. Therefore, the gap between people who exercise and those who don't exercise, that is, the mental state, is really a grade difference.
2. Self-discipline
Fitness people, they are particularly self-disciplined. Because he knows the benefits of fitness, especially myself. When I first joined the fitness team, I wanted to lose weight or increase my physical strength, but after a long time, I felt particularly uncomfortable if I didn't go for a day. I always feel that something is missing. Therefore, regular fitness will make me have a self-disciplined behavior, that is, I will plan everything and stick to it for a long time. For example, in my part-time job now, I set a certain amount for myself every day and make a good plan. After reaching a certain amount, I will have a rest and will not be envious because others have done a lot. I also envy others for doing very little and having a lot of entertainment. This kind of self-discipline will accompany us all our lives and bring us endless wealth.
3. State of matter
If we insist on fitness or exercise regularly, our physical condition will also reach its peak. Just last year, we all saw the 70-year-old grandfather step onto the stage of Fashion Week, and we saw the future vitality and spirit of the old man China in him. If you exercise regularly, your body will be particularly healthy. I have a roommate in my dormitory. He doesn't exercise regularly or himself, so he is very thin. Eating more than others is particularly lazy. I always tell him that you should go out for a run or do some exercise to strengthen your body. He always says nothing, which is nothing. So, one day he fainted because of hypoglycemia in the morning. The big boy fainted because of hypoglycemia and ate a lot, not to mention he was hungry. Isn't this a reaction to poor physical condition? Therefore, if we exercise regularly, we will have a good physical condition, free from viruses and easy to get sick.
