What is the normal heart rate when running?
The running heart rate of different age groups will be different, which can be calculated with reference to the following formula.

The calculation method of aerobic heart rate during exercise is:

1) Maximum heart rate =220- age.

2) The interval of aerobic heart rate is: (60% ~80%)* maximum heart rate.

For example, if someone is 20 years old, the maximum heart rate of exercise is 220-20=200, and the optimal heart rate range is between 120 and 160.

Note: generally do not exceed the maximum heart rate during exercise!
