There are two kinds of ticket gates (changing planes) on the Twilight JR line, one is outbound only, and the other is directly changing to the skyline.

The original practice is to leave the ticket gate of JR at dusk, then buy tickets for the skyline and enter the ticket gate of the skyline.

That means changing it twice.

In order to facilitate passengers to transfer, a change machine has been added, and it takes only one time to get from JR to Skyline Station through the change machine. The process is to buy skyline tickets at JR station and transfer to skyline ticket changer (two tickets are put in at the same time).
