There is a spacious athlete registration hall in the west area of the gymnasium, with an area of 580m2, which can directly reach the training hall (branch).
The second floor of the main hall is mainly the viewing area, with 3,244 fixed seats, 2,552 movable seats and 96 VIP seats. Visitors can reach the platform connected to the second floor from the east, south and north stairs outside the stadium, enter the inner ring road of the stadium through nine entrances and reach their respective seats for watching the game. There are lighting control and TV explanation rooms on the east and west sides of the stand, and there is a 48㎡ electronic display screen in the north area of the stand, which can be connected with the on-site computer and camera to display the activities in the field and score points by time.
On the west side of the main building is a training hall with a clear height of 1 1m and an area of 3500m2. There are basketball, badminton, table tennis and volleyball facilities in the museum, which are usually used for national fitness and opening to the outside world, as well as for large-scale exhibitions and some small-scale mass sports and entertainment competitions.
