People get up at six or seven in the morning, and their bodies haven't stretched yet. Aerobics, a more energetic exercise, may make people dizzy and uncomfortable. 9 am, 10 am is fine.
6 pm to 9 pm is a good time for exercise. After practice, take a rest and take a bath, so that you can sleep comfortably and improve the quality of sleep, killing two birds with one stone. That's what I did anyway.
