Zhongshan Park, also called "Beishan Park", is opposite to Zhongshan Road in the old town of Hedong. You can take a bus at Fumin Road (diagonally opposite Wuzhou Hotel), get off at the tunnel station at the foot of the volcano on the south bank of Xijiang River, and then climb the mountain and climb the tower.
