Key points of hip swing in Dai dance
The main points of hip swing in Dai dance are as follows:

(1) Hand position exercise: First of all, the Dai people hold the wrist with two or three hands, push the palm with seven hands, push the wrist with four hands, then hold the palm with one or seven hands, hold the wrist with five hands, hold the elbow with two hands, cross the palm with seven hands, and open the wrist with three hands and push the hand with five hands.

(2) Step practice: first practice forehand undulation, then practice T-shape undulation, front undulation, back undulation and side undulation. These dance steps must be practiced skillfully one by one, so that the Dai dance that comes out will have a taste.

(3) Practice of hand position and pace: push-pull hand when walking parallel steps, four-wrist hand when lifting back bent legs, one or seven push handles when clicking side steps, and two rubbing hands when clicking front steps. The three moon-watchers should take a step forward and grind one step forward.

(4) Practice of head, eyes and steps: The movements of head and eyes should match the law of brittle movement. The main points of practice are that head and eyes are down, head and eyes are down, and the body rolls down. Shoulder exercises include wrapping shoulders, soft shoulders, shaking shoulders and shrugging (including double shrugging and single shrugging).

(5) Small jump exercises: vertical jump with legs closed, small jump with legs bent after a wrong step, small jump in the previous step, small jump exchange in the side step, front leg rubbing jump, and small jump with four flying hands. Finally, cross your feet and twist, stagger the seven-mouth push, and jump a little before stamping.
