Everyone has a dream, and everyone has a job he likes. I 1989 graduated from Jiangsu Yancheng Agricultural School, majoring in agricultural extension. At that time, the school was assigned graduation packages, and I was assigned to work in an agricultural technology station in a township. Since then, I have done my favorite job. Because of my solid basic theory of agronomy and active work, I was appointed as the stationmaster of agricultural technology station by the township party Committee at the end of that year. On the one hand, I conscientiously sum up my own production experience, on the other hand, I actively declare the achievements of agricultural scientific research. 1996, my colleagues and I declared the agricultural technical achievements of "high-yield cultivation techniques and popularization of rice in saline-alkali land". Through three years' efforts, I won the second prize of agricultural science and technology popularization issued by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry in 1999. In May of 20 13, I was hired as the deputy general manager of Zheng Da Sangtian (Dongying) Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Zheng Da Group is a multinational group company, which contracted 80,000 mu of land in the south bank of the lower Yellow River. Together with other colleagues, I planted rice on the banks of the Yellow River and coastal beaches from scratch. After five years of hard work, the beach in the past has become a rice granary! In retrospect, I feel proud. I have done my favorite work, made remarkable achievements, and won certain honors and social praise!
