What are the special forces training programs?
Special forces have two kinds of training programs:

First, the basic physical training plan.

For example, in the morning, I load 20 kilograms and 5 kilometers, then pull the horizontal bar 300 times, cross the barbed wire 500 times back and forth, go to the gym to lift dumbbells 200 times, pull the machine 200 times, arm stick 150 times, and have physical training against sun exposure.

Swimming training, every other week, we will have a 25-kilometer weight-bearing cross-country marching training, a half-month skydiving training, and a month of field survival training.

Second, professional training programs.

Just like the training of sports skills, it goes without saying that it is very important to be proficient in troubleshooting and the ability to quickly solve and stress motor vehicles equipped with weapons.

There are also infiltration skills training, such as crossing minefields, climbing mountains and skydiving, and recognizing icons. Another particularly critical skill is detective skills. You should learn the means of obtaining information such as latent eavesdropping, capturing prisoners, interrogating prisoners and taking photos, and knowing passwords.

The cruelty of special forces training;

The first is warm-up physical training, including 30 kg 10 km cross-country running, 1 km frog leaping with guns, 3-person 2 km wooden running and so on. Once a day, supplemented by other physical training programs. And this is just the beginning. You know, this kind of training intensity is much higher than that of ordinary soldiers.

The next three days will be hiking in the wild, and we will walk back to the base in three days without supplies. All food supplements need to be supplemented by yourself, which means that you need to walk more than 90 kilometers without any supplies.

Basically, you have to run more than 30 kilometers every day, and you can only eat what you find in the wild, which is very terrible in the eyes of many people.

The last two days will be cross-country travel under complex conditions, including hiking through the mire of 10 kilometers and rock climbing. You know, they will be very tired at this time and must insist on such high-intensity training.

Moreover, these broadcasts are only a small part of their training, and they are only physical training, and these are already cruel, and it is difficult for ordinary people to persist these days. To be a truly qualified and excellent special soldier, his training must be more cruel and difficult.
