I met a plateau at 120kg, 1 10kg, and I used some methods to share with you.
1. I changed my exercise mode before and did some fitness exercises with the video platform. After the bottleneck period, start running in the gym+elliptical machine and some anaerobic conditions.
2. Don't be discouraged and anxious psychologically. Since it is a platform period, we should give ourselves some time to adapt. When it is reduced to 120 kg, my platform period lasts for more than ten days. When it is reduced to 1 10 kg, my platform period is longer.
Whether it is fitness or weight loss, the most important thing is persistence. After all, my willpower is limited. I will keep a diary to lose weight every day. If your purpose is fitness, you can write a "fitness diary". You can see your growth through your diary. The most important thing is to encourage yourself.
I also write a "Thanksgiving Diary" every day.
It has nothing to do with fitness, but writing a gratitude diary every day makes me feel that life is so beautiful, life is so happy, and my motivation is more full. I will work harder and harder to make myself better. Isn't "getting better" also the purpose of our fitness?
There is not much adjustment in diet, mainly focusing on health preservation, seven or eight points full, less oil and less salt.
