Physical education teachers broaden their horizons, enrich the teaching content and enrich the teaching methods. Students are more like a duck to water, self-development, self-expression, self-publicity, so that they have an unprecedented interest in physical education class. Teachers have achieved their teaching objectives in the pleasant teaching process, and students have achieved all-round development in the pleasant exercise process.
Because of my work, I have seen some physical education class in the course reform. While I am glad that the new curriculum reform has brought great changes to physical education class, I also notice that some PE teachers still have some misunderstandings about the new curriculum concept, such as thinking that the teaching form should be more open, not paying attention to sports skills, and teachers don't have to demonstrate. This is obviously not correct. The reform of physical education curriculum is not simply to turn the past competitive physical education classroom into encouragement.

The only goal of the reform is to cultivate students' interest in sports. "Physical Education Curriculum Standard for Full-time Education (Experimental Draft)" (hereinafter referred to as "Curriculum Standard") requires physical education teachers to succeed in every class of physical education class.

The goal of improving students' comprehensive quality and social adaptability through physical education class's study puts forward higher teaching requirements for our front-line physical education teachers. It seems that it is not an easy task to teach a high-quality physical education class. The following is my superficial understanding of high-quality physical education courses, and I would like to discuss and exchange with my colleagues.
First, correctly understand the teaching concept of the new curriculum.
The new curriculum standard first puts forward the task of updating the educational concept for the majority of physical education teachers. However, the renewal of educational concept is not a simple change of teaching form, nor a herding teaching, nor is it an exchange of the subject status of teachers and students. The content of the new teaching concept is very profound and rich. We should not only promote students' physical health, but also attach importance to students' mental health and social adaptability; Students should not only actively participate in physical exercise, but also cultivate their spirit of being willing to explore and be brave in practice; We should not only pay attention to students' development, but also pay attention to individual differences to cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness. Because people living in the new century have higher and higher requirements for health, they pay more attention to physical health while pursuing the fun of life. Therefore, "Curriculum Standards" conforms to the requirements of the times, puts forward a new concept of physical education and health suitable for modern people, and injects comprehensive and scientific new contents into the school physical education class. Physical education teachers must seriously study the curriculum standards and deeply understand their ideological content. Constantly improve their professional level, use their brains, be brave in exploration, and establish a sense of continuous innovation; Physical education teachers should always pay attention to students' emotions and hobbies, choose teaching content suitable for students' psychological development and healthy growth, and become excellent physical education teachers in the new curriculum reform.
Second, pay attention to the choice of teaching content.
Curriculum standards give teachers a lot of space and freedom to choose teaching content. Physical education teachers can choose appropriate classroom content according to the actual situation of regions, schools and students; We can explore and innovate classroom content according to our own understanding of curriculum standards. The content can be conceived from different angles according to students' sports interests; It can be a game, a dance, a zoo or a simulated reconnaissance. Especially physical education class, a junior, can choose something lively, close to students' life and in line with the characteristics of children's physical and mental development. This class focuses on students' initiative and participation, fully arouses students' enthusiasm for exercise, stimulates their knowledge potential, and provides a good foundation for cultivating students' comprehensive quality and all-round development of various abilities. It must be pointed out that when choosing teaching content, PE teachers must consider whether they can complete the established teaching objectives and prevent themselves from entering another misunderstanding.
Third, teaching design is the premise of good class.
Physical education class has good teaching content and good teaching design. Just like a beautiful piece of cloth, you need an excellent tailor to make beautiful clothes. With good classroom content, teachers should make great efforts to conceive and design this content in order to successfully complete the teaching objectives. The quality of design directly affects the success or failure of the classroom. For example, I have seen a class running in the corner. Teachers pay attention to students' hobbies and ideas everywhere in their daily lives. Choose to make use of students' love for bicycles, scooters and rolling iron rings, and let students experience the movement law of running through corners to keep balance. He carefully designed the story of the mighty tiger and the darling sheep, and brought the students to the scene of the story. From the fitness (preparation stage) of the mighty tiger and the darling sheep to the pursuit of learning skills (learning to run in corners) to swimming pool activities (relaxation stage), the whole class is immersed in a cheerful, harmonious and athletic atmosphere. Because the design of this class is excellent, the scheduled goal of this class has been successfully completed, but the students are still thinking about finishing the class. The teacher can only say that we will continue this story next class.
Fourth, classroom organization is an important part of high-quality classroom.
Classroom organization is one of the ways to test the professional skills of physical education teachers. Through the organization and implementation of a class, we can often understand the teaching level and the ability to control the classroom of this physical education teacher. For example, it is difficult to concentrate students' attention, especially in the teaching of lower grades. But teachers have their own methods in the usual class: saying antonyms; Simple addition and subtraction; Shout slogans; Counting and so on, thus attracting students' thinking to follow the teacher, effectively solving this problem.
There are various forms of organization. Teachers should choose corresponding organizational forms to carry out teaching according to the characteristics of different levels of students, different teaching contents and different environmental factors. For example, there is a long-distance race in physical education class. Because the playground is small and there are many classes, students interfere with each other. According to this situation, the teacher planned the venue into two concentric circles of different sizes, allowing boys to run the outer ring and girls to run the inner ring. This not only reasonably solves the problem of small space and mutual interference, but also allows boys and girls to get full exercise. Another example is the second-grade game physical education class, which is about carrying flood relief materials. Teachers are divided into different groups, and the strength and distribution of boys and girls are balanced, so there is not much difference in the overall strength of each group. Doing sports competitions in this way not only stimulates students' interest in sports, but also cultivates students' team spirit. This kind of classroom organization is undoubtedly excellent.
Fifth, the diversification of teaching methods is the way to achieve optimal results.
Teaching methods have always been an important means for PE teachers to implement classroom teaching. The previous teaching method was very simple. Everyone adopted the same teaching mode, that is, teachers demonstrated and students imitated. As a result, teachers are boring and students are boring. Curriculum Standard requires students to be the center, pay attention to students' feelings and experiences, stimulate students' interest in sports, and cultivate students' awareness of lifelong sports. This new concept points out the direction for the diversification of physical education classroom teaching methods. Physical education teachers should study and explore teaching methods that are helpful to improve students' comprehensive quality according to curriculum standards. For example, in physical education class, the second grade, the teacher took the students into the big forest according to the natural geographical environment of his school, and used waste paper balls as weapons to eliminate all kinds of pests (paintings drawn by students) that endangered the forest. This situational teaching method not only shows students' feelings and experiences, but also cultivates students' awareness of environmental protection from an early age.
Curriculum standards advocate the diversification of teachers' teaching methods, but also emphasize the diversification of students' learning methods. Students can accomplish their learning goals in various ways according to their own conditions, and they can also carry out innovative and exploratory learning under the guidance of teachers. For example, a famous teacher compares a cube (named Fangfang) with a sphere (named Yuanyuan) in the teaching of positive roll in grade one, which makes students easily understand the advantages and essentials of group roll and enhances their interest and exploration ability. In classroom practice, there are many methods of teaching and learning.
