Is it legal to charge for parking in the gym?
* * Whether the parking fee for the fitness card is legal depends on whether the consumer voluntarily signs a contract with the merchant and whether there is a clear agreement in the contract.

If the card stopping fee is clearly stipulated in the contract and the consumer agrees to these terms when signing the contract, then the card stopping fee of the gym is legal. However, if the card stopping fee is not clearly stipulated in the contract, or the consumer disagrees with these terms, then the card stopping fee of the gym is illegal. In addition, according to the Administrative Measures for Single-Use Commercial Prepaid Cards, the validity period of bearer cards shall not be less than 3 years, and card issuing enterprises or card selling enterprises shall provide supporting services such as activation and card replacement for bearer cards whose fund balance exceeds the validity period, and shall not charge additional fees in the name of card suspension.
