Guangzhou Institute of Applied Science and Technology is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Song Tian College of Guangzhou University, which was founded in 2000. In June 2020, the Ministry of Education approved the transfer and changed its name.
The school, located in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, has two campuses, Guangzhou and Zhaoqing, covering an area of 1.420 mu, enrolling students nationwide with more than 20,000 students.
