Old school bodybuilding training inspirational
For today's young bodybuilders, bodybuilding has brought him too many changes, including appearance, training concept, nutrition and so on, and of course, the attitude towards steroid drugs. Among them, there are "drugs" sent by the public.

Why do you say drug abuse? You can see what changes have taken place in the field of bodybuilding in the past 20 years-we defined the previous bodybuilding style as old school, but now it looks more like a muscle tank. They stand on the stage and bomb your vision, showing the muscles that represent human willpower. Of course, there are also normal supplements behind this, such as whey and protein powder. But after years of using physiological doses of synthetic steroids, everything has changed.

Many people will think that the use of synthetic steroids is just to get closer to the "dream", and there are many trainings like natural bodybuilders behind it. But from the most basic scientific point of view, it is enough to overthrow the foundation that those advocates firmly believe.

Steroids can grow without training, but can muscles grow?

In one study, researchers followed 43 volunteers aged 19 to 40 for 100 weeks.

These people are divided into four groups—

The first group did not exercise or use steroids.

The second group did not exercise and injected 600 mg testosterone heptanoate every week.

The third group exercised, everything was natural, and no steroids were used.

The fourth group exercised by injecting 600 mg testosterone heptanoate every week.

Participants in the experiment all had their own diets, and the training group (the third and fourth groups) did the same training.

So the result is as follows—

The first group of changes, as expected, did not change.

The second group gained 7 pounds of muscle.

The third group gained 4 pounds of muscle.

The fourth group gained muscle 13 kg.

Are you clear? The second group didn't train at all, but because of taking steroids, it also achieved the effect of muscle gain. Yes, it is very unfair. Compared with natural trainers who don't take steroids, they can pay less and gain more in muscle exercise.

Of course, compared with the fourth group of experimenters, we can still see the positive correlation between training and muscle building, but the use of steroids has taken people to another level.

It's amazing that you can get good things from muscles without training. Would you do it if it were you? And the point is that he can make men recover better, lift heavier and eat more, because they have a lot of anabolic hormone testosterone in their bodies. Because of the use of "magic medicine" and the improvement of muscle protein synthesis ability, the training effect of these athletes is almost twice that of natural trainers. They got rid of the malnutrition of natural trainers and were able to convert all protein sources into body digestion and utilization. Higher training load, more training, no need to worry about recovery. We know that in the case of natural fitness, rest is a very important theme.

All these have led to the current inequality.

From the perspective of fitness psychology, a large part of the reason for keeping fit comes from physical changes. If you practice for a long time and still can't see the changes in your body, you will become very discouraged. In natural training, you will also encounter some small platform periods, which will add a lot of trouble to your progress. Once out of training, natural bodybuilders may gain weight and lose a lot of muscles with age.

But all this broke the above rules because of the use of steroids. Athletes who get "help" will gain muscle-building effects that cannot be achieved under natural conditions if they have regular training and correct diet.

On the other hand, the more you can see your growth and lose fat, the harder you will do iron stretching training. So from this perspective, many people use synthetic steroids just to stay motivated.

When we talk about using steroids to help keep healthy, we don't always say it's bad. You can only judge from the perspective of others and from your own attitude.

But please those who have used steroids, don't say the following sentence: Stop struggling, we will save you, and all your efforts as natural trainers will always be the same as ours in the end. And another vicious slogan: "Don't let your efforts be in vain".

You think this can save people, but you take them into another abyss.
