(2) Aerobics combined exercise.

With skilled movements and physical strength, you can gradually increase the intensity of exercise. After a period of practice, students can master it skillfully, and the difficulty and direction of movements can be increased. This makes the practice frequency faster, the movements more difficult, the changes newer, and the students' interest in learning more and more intense, thus achieving the purpose of exercising and cultivating students' good posture, and also improving their sense of rhythm, expressiveness and creativity.
