It is said that there is no fighting in the gym, which is different from square dance. However, as a post-90s Buddhist, I really don't want to compete with others in fitness. There is no need to compete with each other on the treadmill. It's really unpatriotic. We can't compete with strength. We can compete with endurance. There are so many facilities and functions in the gym that we can exercise according to our own physique.
However, many people go to the gym either to flirt with their sisters or to take a bath. For those who exercise in Buddhism, we cannot compete with others. We can always exercise patiently instead of having fun everywhere. We will never be embarrassed if we exercise seriously.
